⏰ Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

⚠️ Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

🚫 No‑Show Fee (In‑Office)

​

If a client does not arrive for a scheduled in‑office appointment without notice, a $35 no‑show fee will apply.

🚗💨 No‑Show Fee (Mobile Appointments)

​

If the notary has already begun traveling to the appointment location and the client is not present or cancels upon arrival, the following will apply: Travel Fee + $35 No‑Show Fee
This covers the reserved appointment time, travel, and preparation.
